Due to country-specific requirements, the apps were developed independently — causing duplicate effort and inconsistent farmer experiences.

Why it matters
Most farmer apps ignore the field rep. BASF already has them. Plug them into the same data spine and the whole platform gets sharper — better data into CRM, faster ticket resolution, more relevant advisory at scale.

Krishi Kendras, distributors and JA outlets log into a lightweight web tool to verify QR scans, see their farmers' loyalty redemptions, and watch their channel revenue. BASF gets channel-level insight neither AgGenie nor Minorasu have ever delivered.
Why it matters
Loyalty without retailer visibility is half a loop. Closing it gives BASF data on which products move where, lets retailers participate in the program, and creates a partner stickiness that competitors can't match.

Where drone bookings actually land.
Drone service partners receive bookings made from the farmer app, dispatch their fleet, run pre-flight checklists, and mark jobs complete with GPS-verified proof-of-spray. The booking on the farmer side becomes a real operation, traceable end-to-end.
Why it matters
Drone booking is listed in the brief as "full integration". Without a partner-side surface it isn't real. This portal is the missing half of that promise — and it's what makes BASF's drone program demoably end-to-end.

Mitsui needed to be first to market with a CO₂ visualization platform aimed at Japan's 2050 decarbonised society. They had no agile experience and no in-house resource. We stood up a Hanoi team, shipped a beta in October, and the official version six months later.
